With 2030 fast approaching, the need for bold action in food and agriculture has never been greater. THRIVE’s Global Impact Initiative is a 10-year commitment to driving innovation that creates a more sustainable, resilient, and climate-positive future.
Launched in 2020, the initiative brings together startups, scale-ups, corporations, producers, investors, and industry leaders to spark collaboration and deliver real, measurable impact across the agri-food system.

The THRIVE Global Impact Summit is a premier event bringing together 400+ innovators, investors, and industry leaders to tackle the most pressing challenges in agriculture and food sustainability. Through dynamic panels, startup showcases, and networking opportunities, the summit drives collaboration and advances solutions for a sustainable future.

Wednesday - October 29th
Specialty crops are vital to a healthy, diverse food system but face complex challenges, especially with climate change. In its third year, the THRIVE Specialty Crop Roundtable will bring together corporate leaders to highlight grower adoption strategies, share success stories, and explore new opportunities for innovation and collaboration
Exponential advances in computing and AI are transforming data use and business applications across the agri-food sector. The THRIVE AI Roundtable will convene industry leaders and technology experts to explore the challenges and opportunities of AI-powered innovation, from GenAI and robotics to IoT, advanced analytics, and beyond.
The IFA Cultivate Challenge initiative, a key component of the IFA Innovation Hub, showcases startups that are addressing critical challenges within the fertilizer value chain.
13 companies were selected from over 100 global applications for their groundbreaking solutions and scalable impact. Four of those ground breaking startups will pitch live at the IFA Cultivate Challenge Showcase event.
