Nancy brings a background spanning innovation ecosystem building, startup programming, and education. She spearheaded the launch of Taiwan’s flagship innovation hub in Silicon Valley, building its full operations and ecosystem from the ground up. At Extreme Tech Challenge, she was instrumental in driving global startup competitions, programming at premier stages including CES and TechCrunch Disrupt, and strategic partnerships across the private, public, and social sectors, including the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. Rooted in over two decades of designing and delivering K-12 and postsecondary educational programs, Nancy is committed to creating pathways for people to reach their full potential.

Nancy holds a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University. An active member of her community, she also serves on the San Francisco Bay Area alumni network board for both of her alma maters.
